This condo was the perfect location with views of ocean and bay from either side. There was a porch with lots of seating and area to hang wet towels plus a back deck overlooking the pool. It was very clean and exactly as pictured with wonderful ocean decor. It is a walk up to second floor with no elevators. The kitchen has new microwave, air fryer, coffee maker and toaster plus an awesome waffle maker! Kitchen pans and tools were also provided and very good. Pool was clean with lots of comfy seating. Parking was easy at building and we had no issues finding a spot - even with an oversized truck- but may be harder depending on occupancy. Beach is 5 minute walk to public access. Roku TVs in every room and the living room couches were comfy. There is a little market/take out place with sandwiches, coffee, etc. about 1 block away that was nice. You can walk the .80 miles to boardwalk area or restaurants. Close access to UNCW, Wilmington and all three beaches which allowed us to have lots to do for a family of four with older teens. We loved staying here and will be back :)

Super cute, amazing view. Looks just like the pictures and was the perfect beach spot just a slight walk to the beach and got to enjoy fireworks. Will definitely book again! They were amazing with communication as well :)

Great location with balcony view of the ocean. Enjoyed our beach vacation here!

This was a perfect fit for my family and it had all of the things that we wished for including a great location! The decor gave the perfect beach vibe!
