We absolutely loved the condo. There was plenty of room for the 10 guest we had. Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool. Communication with the host was awesome. They answered any questions I had promptly. We would definitely love to stay here again!!

We loved our time spent at PCB. This was our first time booking a condo and it went smoothly from beginning to end! The condo is beautiful and is as it is pictured. Our host communicated with me from beginning to end, which made me feel more at ease. This condos location for the 4th of July was absolutely amazing!! Fireworks were done right there off the pier, words can't describe how awesome it was. Would definitely stay here again!!

This condo is gorgeous! The pictures and description are very accurate - everything is as beautiful as it appears and you will have everything you need! The beach is never too crowded, which was a huge bonus for us. We always worry about the elevators when we stay at condos on the beach, but the Sterling Reef elevators never took very long. Prashant was such a helpful and communicative host! He really went above and beyond for us and check in was sooo easy. He will send you an app guide that will provide you with all of the information that you need during your stay. There are lots of beach toys in the condo and 1 brand new and really nice umbrella and chair. There are a few other chairs as well. The one thing I would change is that the king mattress is in need of replacement. I let Prashant know, and he was very receptive. We are in love with this condo and made such fond memories staying here! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Property was very clean and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent and very prompt. Would definitely stay there again.
