The Mermaid’s Grotto was exceptional. The room was clean, much bigger in person and just really exceeded all of our expectations. Check-in was a breeze, the room and the grounds were very clean. We had an issue with the ice maker and before I even got to check the response from Jim, there was someone there to fix it. I’ve already starting preparing to rent from Jim again in the future!

Amazing view, clean condo, friendly staff! We had a fantastic time! Definitely will be returning!

Absolutely amazing condo and trip. Took a short get away to beach with my sister and the condo was perfect. Clean, decorated so nice and comfortable, kitchen had what we needed. View of beach and the gulf were absolutely perfect! We were on the balcony when not on the beach. Sunrise coffee out there was food for the soul!! Property management messaged while we were on the way there, messaged during to see how it was going and if we needed anything. We had an amazing stay.

Beach view great. Rooms were clean. Only thing I would do in kitchen is to have a small salt and pepper shaker. Nice there were ample ha go for clothes.
