The condo was clean, and as advertised. Communication was very good. We did not have WIFI for 2 days.

The communication was good, not very willing to work with us on arrival time, and was unwilling to work with us on price on a open night before the stay. There was several minor things the kitchen needs that wasn’t there. Besides the unwillingness to work with us and the minor kitchen things it was a good trip

Great condo—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The view was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Having one elevator for 19 floors is absolutely unacceptable, and it shouldn’t take a day let alone months to fix. Coupling this with no bathrooms on the ground level or by the pool and there were a few close calls. I would not stay here again solely based on those two issues. The condo is well stocked for the most part. It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner and an extra garbage bag or two. Beach was gorgeous and the chair service was a definite plus. Overall, we had a great experience, but the elevators were very frustrating!
