Beautiful view and amazing place. Ask in all a great place to host our family reunion. It works be helpful if the floor plans matched the description and pictures. We got a little confused (floor plan showed more bedrooms than the description and pictures) but it's such an amazing place.

Our stay at this beautiful property was great. The location was less than 20 minutes from the Grand Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, which made exploring the park incredibly convenient. The house itself was huge, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. We loved cooking in the nice, big kitchen and spending time outside on the decks, where there were plenty of great spots to sit and soak in the stunning mountain views. Inside, the layout was perfect for a group; the kids absolutely loved having their own dedicated loft area to play in, while the adults thoroughly enjoyed the awesome downstairs setup complete with a nice bar area and a pool table.

It was a fantastic place to stay with our family. The kids/grandkids enjoyed all the toys in the loft area. The kitchen/living area was plenty roomy. We enjoyed the hot tub. Close to RMNP. The town of Grand Lake was fun and not busy.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The host responded well to questions and the local caretaker was very helpful.
