Peaceful escape right on the bay next to 300 acres of natural woods and beach. Tucked in the back of a neighborhood 20 mins from Destin and 30 mins from 30a (depending on seasonal traffic). Property has a dock with a built in hammock and swings as well as a fire fit out back. Amazing sunrise views and plenty of natural wildlife such as dolphins and eagles. A beautiful 16ft cedar table will hold your entire family under the porch. Large property for kids and pets to run and play with a ramp down to the beach for paddle boarding and kayak access. The Boat ramp is also just 2 miles up the road and plenty of room in the driveway to store your boat. Yard games such as corn hole and badminton provided.

Outdoor patio needs good cleaning or bring a blower.. little weathered. Upstairs bathroom draining very slowly.. but house was clean and big enough for 8 of us roomy nice view of bay not too far away from beach

I cannot express how amazing this place was for our family Vacation. We will be doing this annually. Catch fish right in backyard. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets on the backporch, build a fire in fire pit. Owners provide almost everything you need. Bring your cloths your set.

Home was large and spacious for our group of 10. Loved the quiet area. Yard was large and we enjoyed the fire pit, kayaks and outdoor tables. Home does have some maintenance issues as the twin bedroom main floor bathroom has had a leaking shower head for a while, resulting in mold. the bathroom above dripped water in the ceiling down to that bathroom as well. Overall good stay.
