Nestled in the village of La Menounière, in the town of Saint Pierre d'Oléron, just 300 metres from the beach, you can breathe in the sea air and enjoy a feeling of peace. Located in an alleyway, a typical small alley, it offers calm and well-being.

In the heart of the Ile d'Oléron, La Venelle offers privileged access to the beauty of the region and the natural charm of island life. Whether it's the wild beaches, the ocean forests, the typical villages, the soothing marshes, the oyster beds or the vineyards, you will find here an ideal setting conducive to escape and discovery.

We are delighted to share with you our house with discreet and elegant charm, a unique and peaceful place. Its warm and welcoming living spaces invite you to relax and enjoy every moment, far from the hustle and bustle of the city and the worries of everyday life. An ideal setting for a real wellness experience, to share as a couple, with family or friends.

The house has an area of 70m2 and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The living areas are bright and comfortable:

- A wooden pergola under which you can relax in a shaded atmosphere, sitting in comfortable armchairs or sun loungers. Nothing better to enjoy the sea air, in peace!

- A wooden terrace with dining table and chairs, as well as a barbecue, all shaded by a magnificent fig tree!

- The living room: As soon as you walk through the door, a welcoming and warm atmosphere envelops you. The furniture and colours blend harmoniously. You have a sofa and armchairs. And a TV for those who don't want to miss the match of the season!

- The kitchen: a unique place where modernity and retro spirit blend with charm. It is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, sink, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. You can gather around our large wooden table.

The rooms are bright and comfortably furnished for everyone's enjoyment:

- A double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a desk.

- A single bedroom with two 80 cm beds, which can be converted into a 160 cm double bed.

The modern shower room has quality finishes with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet.

You will also have access to a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, as well as additional storage space to meet your daily needs.

Sheltered from a few drops of rain, a small garage is at your disposal to store your bikes.

PGJyPgRates vary depending on the season: Based on 945 euros per week Off-Season, and High Season from 1400 euros to 1750 euros per week. The tourist tax is applicable all year round from January 1, 2024. It is based on the real regime. Its amount will be indicated at the time of your reservation.

A cleaning fee of 100 euros is required in high season and 70 euros in low season (excluding long weekends).

A security deposit of 1000 euros is required and a certificate of insurance is required.
