Great location and size for 3 couples. Would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was conveniently located about 15 min from downtown St. Augustine, easy walk to the beach, 2 pools, mini golf, coffee shops and restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated with an updated kitchen & nice baths and lovely large terrace overlooking the lagoon pool. The bath towels need to be upgraded, as they were very thin and had holes throughout and the beach towels were very small and thin. Would’ve been nice to have body wash in the bathrooms and more than 2 rolls of toilet paper provided. The Master Bedroom sliding door was impossible to open (needs replacement or repair). Also need additional blankets (it was very cold during our stay)! This is a 2nd floor unit and there was lots of noise coming from the upstairs unit late at night and early in the morning. Maybe the 3rd floor unit needs some area rugs to dull the noise? Overall, a great place to stay and we would love to return!

Condo itself was beautiful. Very clean, with comfortable beds. For the four of us, we could have used more beach towels. We only had seven and they were very flimsy. This was our first time staying here. We were not thrilled to listen to someone using a table saw at 7:30 a.m. most mornings right underneath us, and on other mornings the groundskeeping crew using leaf blowers and mowing the lawn. This place is also pretty busy, and both pools were usually crowded, filled with kids and families. The water in the lagoon area is filthy and brown. And there is no Jacuzzi near the pool as advertised, it was turned into a makeshift waterfall. There was one small charcoal grill for families to use, but considering how large this complex is, I was expecting several gas grills. I think overall our stay was fine, we still enjoyed our stay, but we were disappointed with some things. I just think it's important to have full disclosure if you are considering renting here.

Arrived at our check-in time and room wasn’t ready for our stay. however st augustine is a beautiful place to visit!
