Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the stay. Very close to the beach and unlike many rentals, it has a large deck and outdoor spaces.This rental provided only some small soaps for the bath, unlike some other rentals which provide body soaps, hair soap and conditioners, etc. It is also a little light on cleaning supplies. We bought some kitchen cleaner and more garbage bags.One thing I would suggest. A swallow had built a nest on the center beam of the deck, right over the picnic table. There were some bird droppings there and of course the bird was flying in and out to sit on the nest. Maybe when the babies are all gone some netting could be placed along the beam to keep it from happening again. A minor inconvenience, but probably unsanitary.All things considered, will stay here again!

Fantastic house for our family! In a perfect location with views of haystack rock. Great open concept living and dining area with amazing windows all around and a lovely deck. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicative. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at the Sand Pads house was a 10. We traveled with our two grown kids and their spouses and our two our grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property is located just a few houses up the street from the beach access. Most of the rooms and the large covered deck have veiws of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional. There is also plenty of parking. We felt the price we paid for our one week stay was an incredible value. We are already looking forward to our next stay.Tip - The tide pools the opposite direction of Haystack Rock have an amazing assortment of starfish.

Great views, convenient location, close to shops and restaurants but far enough from hotels to nearly be a private beach. Well stocked kitchen as well as games and puzzles. Definitely would want to book again
