The complete renovation of the house was completed in the spring of 2024.

The dogs announce the mailman’s arrival, and the cats lounge in the warm sand.

The grandmothers look out the window, and the grandfathers stand at the door, just because—what more could you want!

If that gets too boring after a few days, why not explore the wonderful surroundings around and on the island of Usedom?
>10-minute drive to the nearest grocery store/bakery.
> 30 min to the Baltic Sea or Greifswald.
> 15 min to the Peene River or Achterwasser.

Enjoy secluded, idyllic hikes or bike rides along the Achterwasser before refreshing yourself with a swim in the Baltic Sea.
Or take a paddle tour on the Peene River, whose banks enchant with their unspoiled beauty.
No houses, no cars—instead, trees reaching into the water, deer rustling in the reeds, and herons, cranes, and beavers dotting the landscape.

Or simply do nothing at all!
But don’t forget! You should treat yourself to a fish sandwich on every coastal vacation.
Watch out! The seagulls aren’t what they used to be either—they’ll demand their share :)


The house is located on a large property with a garden.
Feel free to use the fire pit and wind down the evening.
Meanwhile, enjoy the wonderful view across the field—maybe you’ll spot some deer or hares, or simply take in the beautiful sunset.
