Overall we had a great trip. I incorrectly read the description of the property and didn’t realize there was not a full kitchen. We got by with what we needed but it was tight for a family with little children. We had an issue but Craig addressed it immediately the next day which we really appreciated.

Beautiful PH and amazing resort!

Great communication. We had a couple issues but maintenance came right out to fix them. I'd say not for elderly between the stairs and the heavy sliding glass door. Great to be on the top floor.

The unit was very nice, however it was a bit warn out. Doors didn't close correctly, one fridge didn't work, no real sink in the kitchen, only one jet worked on the spa, etc. Something was wrong with the main bath shower when we arrived and we were informed that the repair person would need to fix it. Who ever is staying in the down stairs unit will have full access to this unit. That's just not acceptable. The host did communicate, however it wasn't to actually fix any of the issues, so I'm not sure that matters. Also there is no safe in the unit, so without being able to secure the place, we felt very vulnerable. The resort is nice and the grounds well maintained. we needed we only had
