Riverside Studio | Kitchenette, Firepit, BBQ, Dock

The location was excellent. Pretty spot on the swimmable and clean river and a short walk to a public beach/park with washrooms, playground, and a swimming dock. Also, walking distance to many amenities including coffee shops, restaurants, bakery, and the ‘Tube Shack’. The unit itself was spotlessly clean, very cute, and well appointed. The pull-out sofa was very comfortable as a sofa but not great as a bed for adults but would be fine for children. The private deck was very pleasant. We were able to see a bit of the lake and river and hear lots of birds.

We had a great stay at this cottage. It was very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The location was excellent with easy access to everything. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and both the BBQ and fire pit were clean and in great condition. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended to everyone!

Great location on the Cowichan River. Nicely updated room with great kitchenette and comfortable bed. Charming bathroom with exposed brick chimney. Central location and walking distance to shops and parks. Riverfront patio off the room. A great place to stay.
