Very clean, all new appliances and furnishings. The AC intake in the living room is loud, but all bedrooms are upstairs and it's not noticeable there. The grounds behind the unit are currently being treated and are overgrown, but this will likely be resolved soon. The area is quiet, and close to beach, shops, and restaurants.

This brand new property was great to stay in. Not only was it in a great location with easy access to downtown South Haven and access to the lake, but it was also very clean with lots of great amenities. In fact, it was the best stocked kitchen we had ever seen in terms of utensils and cook/bakeware. On top of it all, the kids room was such a delight for our 8 year old. It set the bar quite high for our future rentals. 10/10 would recommend.
