Pelican's Landing was an excellent place to stay, and the name fits perfectly. We watched pelicans from the porch overlooking the bay. The property management was not as responsive in communications as I would have liked. A couple of times I had questions and got no response at all or a response that came later than helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with beautiful decks to watch the pelicans dive for food. Also great spot to listen to the waves and enjoy the view of the ocean.

I would definitely recommend this house. It was perfect for our needs. Being close to Christmas, we wanted to bake some cookies. The kitchen was well stocked with blender, mixer, crockpot, baking sheets, etc. We were amazed at all the options we had. Our grandkids loved the closets for hide/seek games and looking off the balconies at boats and distant ships. Our host was super accommodating. We didn’t have to worry about trash day. They came and pulled trash cans to the street for pickup and came back to put the cans away. All we had to do was enjoy our stay and we definitely did enjoy it.

We loved the location, right on the water. Unfortunately, it rained hard throughout the weekend so we could not really enjoy much outdoor activities. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, when we tried to bake a dish, found out the oven was not working. The blanket in one of the bedrooms appeared to not had been washed from previous guests stay. The sweat smell on the blanket was so strong. In another bedroom, there was used Qtip and facial cotton hidden behind the lamp.
