In the Tropics

Nestled in the heart of the Marina of Saint Francois, you have access to all amenities on foot.

We chose this apartment for its privileged location because it is located in the "Marine Residence 5" on the courtyard side in a quiet area.

Decorated with care, our cozy air-conditioned nest can accommodate 2 adults and a baby.
For your comfort you will find a King Size bed of 180 *200, a travel cot and a TV.
The accommodation does not have WIFI, good reception of the telephone network.

The kitchen located on the terrace is fully equipped, with a table and 2 chairs, ceramic hob, microwave oven, toaster, ground coffee maker, washing machine and a fridge/freezer combination, so that you can spend a real holiday.

The apartment will be ready for your arrival, linen is fully provided: sheets, dish towels, towels but also beach towels.

Numerous free parking spaces are available at the entrance of the residence.

Close to the residence you can enjoy the advantages of the Marina, with many restaurants, bars, greengrocers, shops, supermarket, post office and a base of water activities.

Glocked residence surrounded by a garden typical of the flora of Guadeloupe, with private swimming pool and free deckchairs, 2 beaches within walking distance, as well as the Casino and the Golf of Saint Francois.


Located in the heart of the Marina and the ferry terminal of Saint François, you will have quick access to the various departures of excursions to Petite Terre, Marie Galante, La Désirade and Les Saintes.

Apartment that is self-sufficient in water thanks to a cistern: you will not suffer from the water cuts that hit Guadeloupe.
