The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Harlan Street, an area undergoing gentrification. As you drive in, you'll notice a mix of modern, reconstructed houses alongside older homes with a rich history. Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors, who have been part of this community for decades. If you have any questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out. Enjoy your stay!

Fountain Square holds a heartbeat of diversity, trendy coffee shops, diverse cuisines, a mixture of historical and modern architecture (see HGTV’s Good Bones), and artistic murals. You’ll find fitness enthusiasts in the neighborhood parks or on the Indianapolis Cultural Trail. The community celebrates together, with street fairs, cultural festivals, and a sense of togetherness. Whether you're a tech enthusiast, a bohemian artist, a young professional, or a seasoned local, you'll find something for everyone.

Getting Around:

There is room for 2 vehicles in front of the home. If parking 3+ cars, please consider parking down the street so our neighbors can still access their homes. Thank you for your consideration!

Other Things to Note:

This is a 3 story house with 1 thermostat. Please be aware that it will be cooler on the lower levels VS upstairs.
