We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was just as advertised and the owner was very responsive to all communication. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool area was perfect. Plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. It was chilly so the heated pool was appreciated.

This was by far our best Orlando rental to date. The pool was spacious enough for the kids to play and be silly, and the hot tub was a perfect place to unwind in the evenings. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. We especially appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was much more peaceful than other rentals we’ve stayed in. Plus, the location made it easy to get to Publix, restaurants, and everything else we needed. Highly recommend!

Villa is ideally situated off the US27 in a well established and well maintained estate. Villa has everything you need for a family stay. Massive pool deck and large pool with SPA with full sun from first thing till about 4pm) Rooms are all a good size and the main areas of the house are huge (so is the TV!).Plenty eating places round about and Champions Gate about 5 minutes in the car. Disney about 15 minutes and Universal about 30 minutes (interstate 4 traffic permitting!)

We arrived at the home late Saturday evening and cleaning crew never made it there. Laundry piled up, beds stripped, food on counters, things left in the showers. Completely unacceptable. I called the cleaning crew and they responded quickly. They arrived at the house in 15 minutes but asked us to leave! We spent the whole day traveling and that was the last thing we wanted to do. They did a quick clean but several things were still missed. House not stocked with necessities. I don’t know if that was due to never proper cleaned or the actual house. The towel supply was minimal, no wash cloths. Kitchen needed oven mitts and hot pads. Owner responded when I reported my complaints. Apologized but no offer to make things right. I asked for cleaning and first night stay to be refunded since cleaning wasn’t done and asked to leave when we got there. He did refund only the cleaning which I appreciate but felt more could have been done. Otherwise, house and pool was nice. Master bed was very comfortable. Air hockey table shown in photos is not there other than that photos are accurate. Owner communication was great before and during trip. Location seems far from Disney and Universal. Seemed like we spent a lot of time in the car. Would not stay here again. Expectations not met
