Property Managers were great!! Very responsive and accommodating. Our first time in Texas. We were there for a Cowboy Shoot. House is tucked away in Comfort right next to the river. Just down the road from Fredericksburg, which is a cute town full of atmosphere, great German restaurants and lots of shops. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The river access is the best!

My husband and I stayed here for our 40th anniversary and to visit sites where my recently passed away mother was born and grew up. It is located right on the Guadalupe River with a beautiful view. You can see and hear the river from the deck. Located between Comfort and Kerrville, we were able to find things to do in both directions. The house was amazingly stocked and I mean all the way down to coffee pods, clothes detergent pods and usb plugs. I am pretty sure I have never stayed in a house that well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and all missions were accomplished. Josh was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Would go back to this property without hesitation.
