We’ve stayed at El Matador before and we love the location!! Beautiful beach. The property is well maintained and staff are always nice. This particular condo was clean, decorated nicely and the price was affordable for the off season.
This condo owner needs to spend the $100 to install a garbage disposal. When you have a family staying there and you cook meals but don’t have a disposal and have to put food in the trash it’s a huge inconvenience and we were surprised and disappointed very much in that. Why have everything else you would need to function in a kitchen and not have that basic necessity?! Also, there were no extra blankets for the beds. They bedding that was in there was very think and the extra blankets in the closet was the same think cover. Again, why not buy two decent throws or blankets and keep them in the closet?! That was very silly.
