Massimo Hotel

Le personnel était vraiment exceptionnel, chaleureux, disponible et toujours à l’écoute. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également un véritable atout : situé dans un quartier animé et festif, à seulement 2 minutes de la rue Taksim, à environ 3 minutes de la tour de Galata, et entouré de nombreux restaurants et commerces. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Tous les équipements fonctionnaient parfaitement. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le fait qu’il y ait toujours quelqu’un à l’accueil en cas de besoin, à toute heure. Une excellente expérience du début à la fin ! Un hôtel que je recommande vivement pour son emplacement, la propreté des lieux et surtout la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 👍🏽

Wir waren das 2. mal dort aufgrund der Lage hat es uns sehr gefallen und ist außerdem sehr günstig für die Lage.

Die Zimmer sind schön aber mit Gepäck teilweise eng. Mehr Ausstattung fürs Bad wäre super.

The staff were very friendly and nice, especially Mahmoud he was very helpful, and honestly its because of them I felt like the stay was more comfortable and better. The location is good if you’re looking for somewhere in the next to Galata/Taksim. And our room was clean.

We initially booked a standard room, but it was way too small to accommodate me and my wife, there’s barely any place to leave your bags or walk around. We then upgraded to the suite and paid the difference which was much better. If you’re a couple getting a single bed, absolutely avoid the standard room and just get the suite instead.

It is in an excellent location, close to nightlife and Istiklal, yet still quiet. The windows provide very good noise insulation.

The air conditioning was underperforming and only managed to reach the desired temperature after a long time. The towels didn’t exactly smell fresh, and the same was true of the sheets; perhaps they hadn’t been washed properly. The room itself is quite small; if you plan to spend much time in it, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
