Clean and tidy, perfect for what we needed and a good shower which is always a bonus!

Bedrooms on the ground floor was a good choice as only one bedroom in the whole house and that’s on the ground floor.
Living and kitchen area was small.

Location was very central and easy to find. Bedroom facilities were great.
Bathroom was very spacious and family friendly
The yard was very safe for our young kids.
The kitchen was very accessible and again family friendly.
The sofas could do with updating as they were not very comfortable.
The yard could to with some covers over the water outlet grids.
Some rubbish left behind/down side of the beds
The stairs had some spikes/tacks that were felt through the carpet.
The railing seemed to have recently been painted as some paint kept coming off.
