We quite often stay at Studio 12 when over in Nelson due to ease of check in & check out. We stay at quite a few AB&Bs depending on our plans around seeing family & friends & appointments Studio 12 always rates very highly for privacy & convenience .
Nothing !

Convenience, self check in & check out , privacy ,
nice vibe , clean , tidy , comfy bed , just a great place if you want solitude but still convenience to Richmond . Single person or couple it works for both as feels nice & safe & secure.
Nothing!

Great location, nice & quiet street!
Would be good to have a microwave for cooking & tricky washing dishes in a tub.

Very clean and very handy to local shops.
