Almost everything, more so the owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made sure that our holiday as perfect as possible, thank you Khaled and Um Ahmed for your kindness, meticulous care and getting out of their way to kindly accommodate us, really appreciated. Definitely will recommend this facility and will stay again whenever visiting Egypt again.

Some electrical blackouts, but usually public and took couple of minutes, and manager resolved it quickly. Thank you again Khaled for your prompt action and support.
