Breakfast. POACHED EGGS COOKED TO 👌 PERFECTION! Made my son and dog very welcome.

Nothing really. All splendid. Easy to find and walk to using buses.

We stayed here for a night and it was a really lovely stay. The owner and staff were welcoming and pleasant. The room was not huge but it was clean and had everything we needed including ample tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, TV with plenty of channels, decent shower, soap in bathroom and free WiFi. We didn't have a sea view, but there were bedrooms with a sea view. The cooked breakfast was perfect; and there were plenty of other choices alongside it. Hotel was dog friendly too, so a real bonus. It was a good walk (1 mile) down to the harbour, and ignoring the hill, it wasn’t too strenuous. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel if you prefer not to walk. There's a convenience store a short distance away on the way to the harbour.

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We had a seaview. Easy to find, instructions clear. Bar was open for drinks on a Sunday afternoon.

Not a great sleep. 2 single beds that were both hard and uncomfortable. It was a Sunday and restaurant wasn’t open for dinner so we drove back into New Quay.
