Lovely room and good communication with host
Nothing but Alencon is v v quite on Sunday so we got no ‘feel’ for the town

Contact facile et sympathique avec la propriétaire qui donne toutes les précisions pour l'entrée au studio. Agencement et équipement du studio de qualité, bien pensés. Charme d'une maison de ville. Excellent emplacement pour visiter Alençon.

' La Terrace' is an exceptional apartment in an excellent location. Facilities were modern and of a very high quality. The entire apartment without exception was clean, confortable and beautifully decorated. Air-con was appreciated in the 30+degree heat we experienced. The terrace provided a very pleasant retreat at the end of a busy two-day sightseeing trip. Location is close to the city centre and parking was accessible outside the entrance door ( payent).
Small problem understand how to activate the air-con but it was quickly resolved by the owner.
