Spacious, private, clean, location
The hot water pressure is extremely low. Showering was a challenge. I was in an upstairs room. Continental breakfast is just cereal and bread so shouldn't call it continental

Good selection of cereals etc.
There was no bread to make toast or proper milk. There was only a few drops of rice milk and almond milk.

Good size room. Decent showering facility. It is an okay place to stay for a night.
No flexibility in check in time, it is past 3pm or nothing. Even if they tell you that your room is ready.
I messaged them and received no response on booking.
There were 2 man hanging out around the main entrance at night when I went back claiming to be staying at the same place and not finding their code but having no option to keep them out as there is no reception. It didn't feel safe.

"Location is nice and handy, Facilities were excellent in the kitchen and shared areas. Room was modern and clean. The keypad access to the main door and room was very handy."
