The property is well located in the Old Covington area and a quiet pleasant place to stay for a few days. However, the driveway to the unit was not mentioned in the listing and is a quasi-graveled / dirt road over exposed tree roots which make for an unpleasant daily arrival and departure.A few other items that need attention by the owner:1. The main bathroom shower does not drain well, or at all.2. The shower and faucet fixture handles come loose and fall off.3. The oven pans/trays were dirty.4. It would make a more pleasant property is the living room area had a few living room chairs.5. We had trouble opening and closing the lock box; suggest a new one is in order.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Will definitely recommend to friends and return again! Perfect for our family visit.

Wonderful stay and host, can’t wait to return!

Resident stay was clean & comfortable. It appeared to be a work in progress. Primary bed & bath were finished except for ceiling light & bathroom lighting. The smaller secondary bedroom was adequate & nice. Second bath was small, shower space small. Overall , a nice stay. Excellent location, walkable to numerous great restaurants & local attractions. Thumbs down on driveway entrance & parking.. We were requested to enter through a back driveway entrance. Narrow entry with overgrown shrubbery, & rutted drive. Parking area had large tree roots & overgrown shrubs. Driveway & & parking was on dirt, unpaved…no gravel or shells.
