Good location with few restaurants within walking distance. check-in was quick and simple with lock box. no issue, the room itself was nice and clean. would stay here again next time in town.

The suite was inside of a building that wasn’t all residential. It was near a busy street so it was very noisy. But it was in good shape, had everything that I needed and was very clean. The area was convenient to walk to 5th Avenue. I could easily find food and go to the beach. It was mostly a pleasant stay.

This place was superb! Modern, comfortable and functional in a great neighborhood away from Quinta Avenida ( only a ten minute walk). I loved it so much I extended my trip for an extra week! Great communication with the property owners and a delightful housekeeper, Edith. This place is a gem!
