We stayed for 4 nights at this property. We travelled with 3 kids and this property is great as it is close to the Old Town Square. Property has a decent size elevator. Room was very clean and has modern amenities. The kitchen utensils were clean. It is a nice property. Reception person was by himself so one would need a little bit more patience in retrieving the room key. I did the checkin online 2 days prior to arrival but reception person still needed to verify passport information on all guests. Property is located in an area where younger generations would hang out on Friday or Saturday night so be prepared that noise could be an issue. We felt secured in our room though. There was this one morning though that someone joked by loudly knocking on doors of guest rooms from one floor to another. Our room happened to be near the stairs so it was one to be inevitably locked onto. This happened about 6 am and that caused us to awaken. I could hear the reception condemning the action. I reported this incident to the reception person at 9 am and she had no idea that it happened. I’m not sure if these incidents are being logged and reported to hotel management or not.
I still would recommend this property to families traveling to Old Town Prague.
