Hotel Coastalbay 2

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I recently stayed here and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and room was very well cleaned. The only issue I noticed was the noise but I went there during the lobster fest and the lobster fest happens right outside the hotel, directly across from it on the other street. The other similar issue reported by people has been the ocean views. I feel like some of the photos are deceiving, but from where this hotel is located at, you can't really see the ocean from the rooms. Wi-Fi was decent, and the staff were very accommodating along with the golf cart rentals being reasonably priced. If you're looking for a place in the heart of downtown San Pedro, this is a good affordable spot. Don't expect nothing five star as the price reflects that obviously but it's not a terrible spot like most reviews on here are claiming.

Very nice room, staff very friendly!! Had water and other drinks available and ice cream 🍨!! Had hot water but you had to wait 5 minutes before it reached your room on the 2nd floor 😄 but the water 💦 has to travel uptoupsupupstairs!!!wminutefloorfloorI'll r

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice! The amenities they were fair the room was clean the door was hard to get into and the shower to like five minutes for the wah hot water to get their but it has to come up from downstairs so it's expected third work country! But it was a nice it was a nice hotel at a nice day we'll stay at you

Got a bigger room then i paid for. Didnt like walking stairs
