The room was simple but perfect for one night and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfy.
The check-in required a phone call to the host so make sure you have access to your phone but the host answered promptly with clear and straightforward instructions.
The room had a safe and a fridge.
The location was good and breakfast was very nice.
Would recommend.

The breakfast was excellent - best eggs ever!! The room and sitting area were very well designed. Felt like we were at home, but “away”. Host was very personable and pleasant.

This was a great location for me -- totally walkable from the train station if you want to and not in the heart of tourist district so it was QUIET at night. Easy walking to all the sights, including San Zeno but also easy to get to busses if you're not as ambulatory. Viviana could not have made check-in easier -- very good directions and a great system for entry and exit. The room looked brand new, there was hanging space and drawers, good space in room, fridge, good sized bathroom, clean clean clean. Oh, and AIR CONDITIONING. (Didn't need in October but ..) Breakfast was also an added bonus.
