Great lodge in a beautiful location. Good for a family vacation/

Check-in was a problem. New computer system at the lodge didn't pull any Expedia reservations over so they had to create my reservation while I was standing there. They also tried to get payment from Expedia while I was standing there. After about 30 minutes. They let me go ahead and go to my room. Also worth noting that cell phone reception is spotty at best, mostly non-existent.
Otherwise, the facility was beautiful.

The property was perfect and expectations.
Tina was a wonderful host and gave me extraordinary support and recommendations while treating me like an old friend. She made my entire visit!
