We contacted the host several times and they responded very promptly. We had ample hot water when all 4 of us needed to shower back to back. The washer and dryer is convenient but it is a small compact unit. It is a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and Sugarlands visitor center where great trails, food, and shops await! Drinking coffee watching the sunrise over the mountains on the back porch was an amazing experience.
