With 80 square meters of space, it can accommodate 4 people with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.



Located halfway between Villa Pamphili and the Vatican—both of which are less than a 20-minute walk away—and well-connected to other parts of the city thanks to the Baldo degli Ubaldi metro station, just a 13-minute walk away.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
