We had a wonderful stay at this Newport Beach property. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do during our trip. The home itself was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything about the stay felt easy and welcoming, from check-in to check-out. The property was stocked thoughtfully, the accommodations were comfortable, and it made for a very relaxing experience for our family. The communication from the iTrip Newport Beach team was excellent throughout the process, and it was clear that they genuinely care about providing a great guest experience. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. The house was clean, spacious, and in an excellent location. We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store so easily. The neighborhood was beautiful and especially great for families, with several parks within walking distance for little ones to enjoy. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the patio and enjoying the ocean breeze. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Newport!

Great location. Easy to bounce around to the beach and different areas. Whole family had a great time.

Great location! Walked to dinner, grocery store, and beach. Home was very spacious. Downstairs room was a little hard to sleep with upstairs condo walking around late the first night but we really enjoyed the location and beach amenities.
