Overall the stay was great, good facilities, perfect location and great size for 5 people. The place itself is a little tired as is cypress lakes resort and could do with some love - blinds in 2 rooms and living were broken but otherwise excellent stay!

Great location and beautiful views. Well stocked with all that was needed. Maintenance needed as not one halogen light worked in the loungeroom. Upstairs in main bed ensuite the Tastic or heating lights were also blown. Bath had petals or insect wings or something that looked like it still left in when we arrived as well as dead cockroach. I don't think housekeeping cleaned it. Also half dead vase of fliwers on coffee table. Otherwise, the place is great. Would stay there again.
