Great space for family gathering! Enjoyed the stay

The host was very responsive and very involved in ensuring our stay went well from before check in. We loved the house amenities and space. More kitchenware was needed for hosting larger groups (our additional family members came andate with us for the holiday) but we brought additional kitchenware from home just in case. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. There were a few minor incidental fixes (wall smudges/scrapes/railing) needed and a few carpet stains on stairway but overall the house was a nice, and clean home and in a nice neighborhood.

The whole process of booking this property was super seamless. The host responded immediately to any questions I had. The property itself was out of this world amazing. From the time you enter the neighborhood it felt like home. The neighbors were friendly. The property itself was the best property I’ve stay at hands down. Everything was amazing super great for hosting. The game room the hot tub and the master suite simply phenomenal. Every guest loved their room. This unit is super spacious and very accommodating for big families. I truly loved everything about my stay here. Looking forward to booking again.

Communication was slow we didn’t have our checkin information for over an hour after the checkin time. This information should have been sent immediately after the payment was sent and the confirmation was emailed. The Kitchen can use more serving dish items to accommodate bigger parties. The home was beautiful and clean. just needs better communication between the host and the customer.
