This was a great experience. The property was spacious and clean. Kathy was so generous with the use of 'extras' that help to accomondate a family gathering. I really appreciated the cliearly labeled supplies that were free for guest to use or meant only for Kathy's family (since they also use the home). Check in was super simple, the host booklet provided great information. The house has lots of cool features that the children in my family enjoyed. The neighborhood and neighbors were very plesant. I highly recommend Kathy and this property.

It was the perfect house for our small family reunion.

The space was perfect to host an extended family in town for a college graduation. We felt at home immediately and loved having a space large enough for us to spread out and still be close together.

This was the perfect house for our family to come down from Boston to celebrate our son’s graduation. It had lots of room both indoors and outside. We mostly spent time outside at the pool or the very spacious outdoor kitchen. Everyone was very happy and enjoyed themselves. We had two little ones who had a blast running around the property, swimming and playing on the playground area. This house was a huge win for us.
