A comfortable, newly renovated apartment just a few minutes from St. Peter’s, with excellent access to airports and train stations. With this downtown apartment, your family will be close to everything!
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator, ideal for families or groups of friends.
Located just a few minutes’ walk from St. Peter’s, it will offer you the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Rome.
The bedroom is spacious and bright; a comfortable double bed, made up with clean sheets and equipped with a mattress topper, will ensure you get a great night’s sleep.
If you enjoy cooking, you’ll find a kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare your meals.
The bathroom is the perfect place to unwind with a hot shower.
And the living room, complete with a Smart TV and a double sofa bed, guarantees relaxation and fun!

The apartment is entirely at your disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and stocked with fresh linens before your arrival.
To ensure a pleasant stay for you and all our guests, please note the following:
– Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM
– Check-out: before 10:00 AM
– Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to a 50 euro surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out after 10:30 a.m., when possible, incurs an extra charge of 50 euros. Check-in service is not guaranteed between 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
– Please respect the property and the people living in the building. Please observe quiet hours between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and after 10:00 PM
– Additional cleaning and linen services are available for a fee upon request
– For stays of more than 7 consecutive nights, a weekly linen change service is required (15 euros per person per change)
– Guests are required to present a valid ID at check-in for registration with Italian security authorities.
– For stays of more than 30 consecutive nights, guests will be required to sign a lease agreement, in accordance with current regulations.
