The trash cans were full when we arrived so there was no room for ours. Several chairs had loose support bars or already fallen off. Many of the sheets had hairs on them requiring us to rewash as well as towels which we also rewashed. There was trash along the fence line that needed weed eating also. We arrived at 400 and had no paper towels or toilet paper and host did drop those off much later after we went out and purchased. These were all minor issues. Having to reset the hot water heater once and sometimes twice a day was my biggest issue because that is safety issue. I contacted both owner and host and kept getting runaround as well as contacting VRBO with no resolution. I never like writing a review like this but I was put in a position where I have to let others know of my experience.

During our stay the sewer line backed up 3 different times. The first time it took over 4 hours to get someone to the house in order to address the issue. The contractor advised that he was at this house several times in the past, so this seems to be an ongoing issue. In addition, one side of the house was not ready at the indicated check in. The outside pool area was a complete disaster filled with leaves and other debris. We were told that the pool was ready to go, however, it didn't look like anyone was there to clean it in over a week or two. There was also a playset that was severely unsafe for any child to use. Utensils within the house were not there besides a mix match of silverware. This house was not set up for even half the number that it claims to sleep. None of the TV remotes had backs to them. The entry lock fell off the door several times during our stay. This place was not the same place pictured in the description. No follow-up by the host after we had sewer water throughout the bathrooms and front room.

It was fun having all the family close with the 2 houses. The kids loved the pool.

We had 14 family members stay at both houses. There was plenty of room for us to socialize in large or small groups. We enjoyed the pool, BBQ, and game room and liked the selection of board games. The neighborhood is quiet, with parks, stores, and pharmacies nearby.
