Host was very good communicator and quick to respond to all my questions. Home was clean and very nice set up with nice pool. Perfect get away.

The layout was great for two families meeting from AZ and CO. 4 adults and 4 kids. We were given wrong code at check in but I was able to get ahold of host quickly by calling. We had to ask to get the pool cleaned, but otherwise the house was very comfortable!

I wanted to say thank you to Jocelyn the owner. The house was perfect for our visit to Farmington. The pool and basketball hoop kept the kids outside and busy. They have a great Traeger smoker which we used almost overnight. The house was clean and had all the necessary supplies. We have stayed in Farmington many times and will for sure be back at Jocelyn’s great home. I would also like to say that Jocelyn was readily available when we had a few questions and let us check in a few hours early.

Clean, well-kept home. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the pool. Our hosts were very responsive, although we did not encounter any significant problems.
