Located on the third floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, space, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and closet, a bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen and a living room with TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
Access
Apartment is ideally located in the Old Town, 50 meters away from the tram stop called “Cathédrale-Vieille-Ville”.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Old Town is the historic district of the city with its narrow streets and colorful buildings. This is also a popular and lively area of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot. Walk along the streets of the Old Town and you will find Rosseti Square with its famous ice cream and the “Cours Saleya” and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 500m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 15 minutes away on the Harbor.
Train station « Nice Ville » is 20 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in Nice by car and park in the streets around the Harbor area or in one of the public parking of the Old Town. Access to the building isn’t possible by car as the Old Town is a pedestrian zone.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

We had an enjoyable stay. The flat was exactly as listed. There was plenty of room for 3 adults, beds were clean, it had a washing machine, iron & board, and drying rack so that is a plus for doing laundry when packing light. It also had a hair dryer, vacuum, mop and bucket. I will say the floors were dirty. I had to sweep and mop the morning after we arrived and it wasn’t because of our traffic. We parked our luggage and shoes at the door upon arrival until we could wipe them down. However, I think it is due to it being an old building plus needing a better mop. There was a large refrigerator, microwave, stove top, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes and pots/pans but nothing large enough to cook pasta. We ended up only cooking breakfast and stocking snacks. There was only a starter pack of shampoo, body wash, one hand soap and small dish soap so be sure to bring your own as not enough for more than one person. The flat is in a great location of Old Town within walking distance to anything you need (including the grocery), the beach and about 10-15 minute walk to the train station. It was a great place to stay and the host was easy to reach and communicate with. The locals of Nice were also so nice. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location with trams at the door and shops nearby. Super park across the road for children and adults relaxing. The apartment was very quiet as it was set back from the road.The stairways were a bit steep for those with mobility issues.

We had asked for a large pot for cooking pasta and we were told the kitchen was well equipped. That really wasn't the case.No large pot, no lids for pots, no cutting board, no hot pads, only a very tiny container of dish soap, pepper but no salt, the dish drying rack didn't work to hold the dishes, only one dish towel and the living room sofa was dirty and stained. It was so bad that we called them to do something about it. They did, and brought us a blanket to cover it with. It helped.The beds, bedding, pillows, bath towels, lighting were all excellent. The shower was the best one we have ever had, but be very careful with the heat of the water. You could burn yourself. The windows were of the best quality and when some remodeling below started up we could shut the windows and live very comfortably.The location was great, the neighborhood safe and clean.
