The location is really close to everything: Longboat Key, St. Armand Circle, UCT mall. While the area is a little bit sketcy, within 3 blocks there are super nice houses, we never felt unsafe. We actually chatted with the neighbor across the street who was super friendly. We did have an issue come up that we caused(my brother locked the bottom lock instead of the touch pad) but owner was super responsive even though it was late on a Friday night and was remedied quickly. The 3 bedroom house is extremely well stocked, almost too generously with even a welcome basket. WIFI worked well, showers hot, truly it had all that we needed. The price though is the biggest perk. We would have likely needed 3 hotel rooms and had this comfortable house for less the price of one nights hotel during spring break. Would definitely stay again and would also rent off of this owner again. Thank you.

Comfortable beds, very clean. Would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house was very nice, upgraded kitchen and bath, and very clean. The host offered nice ammenities including a gift basket. The location was centrally located. The beds were a bit firm for my liking and the neighbors played loud music until 2am each of the nights we stayed. Not sure if that was because we stayed on a holiday week.

The location was very central to restaurants, beaches and ‘things to do’.The surrounding neighborhood had some sketchy- looking places but at no time did my sister and I feel unsafe. It was quiet and I wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor space in the backyard. The house itself was beautifully laid out and comfortable. The gift basket for our stay was a nice touch.
