This house is a show stopper! Tim was great. Highly recommend Tim and his house to anyone trying to stay in the area. The beach was stunning.

We had an excellent stay at the lake house! The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The lake views were amazing, and we especially enjoyed spending time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The location was perfect, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

This lake house was exactly what I needed. The views of Lake Ontario are breathtaking, but what made this place special was how it allowed me to slow down and truly be present. Mornings with coffee by the water, peaceful evenings watching the sunset, and the kind of quiet that helps you breathe a little deeper. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location felt like the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and convenient access to Rochester. What I didn’t expect was how much of my heart I would leave here. This week gave me space to reflect, reset, and make memories with my son before another baseball season begins. For that, I’ll always be grateful. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect, and soak in the beauty of Lake Ontario, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great house with a great location. Nice open layout with plenty of space. Beautiful deck overlooking the beach and a nice area under the deck to relax out of the sun. Great location for amazing sunrises and sunsets. Host was great and answered any questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.
