Great location, literally just a few minutes walk from Seomyeon metro station. If you have luggage, station exit 12 is closest to Gem Stay and has an elevator. The apartment was super comfortable and clean. Not a huge in size, however well equipped with washing machine, clothes drying rack, microwave, kettle, full sized fridge freezer. Shower always hot, Japanese style toilet. We were on the 5th floor, lifts were a bit slow, so used the stairs. Entry code is sent via email at check in, so make sure you have data and access to email. There is a convenience store at the ground floor, and many restaurants and shops in the area.

The location was really central, close to the metro station and seomyeon on foot. You don't meet anyone, there is no reception but they answer when you ask them something. I really liked the beds and the bathroom and the room was spacious enough.

I would like to have glass in the bathroom.Room is only cleaned if you pay a fee or if you stay 4 nights or longer, that wasnt a problem for us but could be better.

It is very modern, in a great location central downtown area. A few blocks away is a great shopping/food/fun nightlife area jam packed with Korean young adults out having fun. Unlike the touristy night markets, so it’s a great place to explore. Room has all the amenities, including a washing machine and heated floors. Comfy bed. Loved it.

It was great.

Cleanliness and location

Very limited space. Hardly any room to move around.
