Our stay went well, exactly as expected. The apartment offers very good value for money, especially for a city like Madrid.
The location is solid: not too far from the center, and quickly accessible by metro. There are plenty of affordable places to eat and drink nearby, which is a nice change from the pricier restaurants in the city center.
Thanks to Gabriel for his help and clear communication throughout. Would happily stay here again!

Nice location, safe and vibrant neighborhood, green views, beautiful terrace, very clean and comfortable
I am not dissatisfied with anything, just terrace is huge and some chairs and slightly cosy atmosphere would be nice

METRO Station at the door. MERCADONA nearby. Good Facilities. Confortable bed and couch.
The air conditioned of the living room was dirty and I got ill. I recommend regular cleaning of the filters
