there is a second bedroom with its own bath but you share the kitchen/ living/ balcony watch the headlights of the planes as they descend into FCO airport in the evening as the sky colors up to entertain you

Muy completo , limpio . La habitación muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario . Por cosas de itinerario llegamos de madrugada , pero se encargaron que todo estuviera preparado y fue fácil llegar y también acceder al piso . Ricardo estuvo súper atento con todo , si llegas tarde el Mismo va y te recoge a la hora que haga falta . No esperes taxi porque se aprovechan algunos .

Location is very near train station.

Unfortunately, the room I booked was not worth the money I paid. The walls are extremely thin — almost like paper — and you can clearly hear people talking in the other rooms. The apartment also lacks privacy; when entering the property, it is possible to encounter other guests in the shared living area in situations that can be quite uncomfortable. The bathroom is very old and would definitely benefit from renovation. The breakfast was also disappointing and, in my opinion, cannot really be considered a proper breakfast. Overall, I found the accommodation to be significantly overrated. Considering the price, I expected a much better standard, but the room and facilities were only average at best.
