collecting the keys initialy from the lock box was fine - walking up to the flat the lights didn't work and when i got up to the flat the front door was wide open. There was a nasty smell in the flat but in our room it was ok, basic but fine and beds and towels were clean etc. when we arrived from our evening out our keys did not work, had to call a few times for assistance and somehow the lock was released. once up at the flat , someone had put the chain on the door so that was also a pain to get in .
