Located only 1 block from Place de la Republic and Metro. Fresh bakery and grocery store just around the corner with excellent restaurants within several blocks. Host responsive to our requests for more amenities when needed. Apartment was clean and updated, excellent showers.
Description indicates 2 full baths and a half bath, but there was no half bath. Apartment needs minor maintenance: peeling paint near the shower, missing light fixture in the bathroom, knob missing on drawer, bathroom vent laying on the floor.
Stove burner not working.
Washing machines didn't dissolve the soap packets. Some machines not working.

Clean, well appointed with a super location.
You could hear some noise form the street and upstairs, but that is to be expected in an urban location.

Loved the area and all the nearby boulangeries. Very close to the Republique line. Loved the proximity to morning breakfast at Du Pain et Des Ideas and Mamiche.
Apartment is small but it’s sufficient.
