The location is unbeatable. Overlooking Placa de la Font with numerous restaurants and bars and the City hall at the opposite end. Close to all amenities and major attractions including the Roman circus and the market.

The accommodation does not have a lift and consequently the beautiful spiral staircase can be exhausting to climb after a day sightseeing or carrying baggage to and from the accommodation. I was surprised that the deposit of €200 was debited twice from my account although I had only approved one transaction. I was advised this was because our stay exceeded three days and that they block a €200 holding deposit every three days after arrival. The owners are a little slow in refunding the money. They have only refunded one of the two €200 deposits although we checked out of an immaculate apartment two days ago.

Bra område. Nära till allt! Lite bullrig men det är en stor och viktig torg plus att det var Påskveckan. Cristina var fantastisk! Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam!

Vattnet rann inte som det skulle i handfatet. Ägaren kom och försökte laga detta men lyckades inte. Det var snällt men det hjälpte inte. Städningen. vi kom mycket sent på natten så de hade tid att städa bättre, Speciellt golvet, borden, lamporna dammiga. På andra platser vi har bott hade vi tvättmedel. Vi kunde inte använda tvättmaskinen. Ville inte köpa stor paket när man inte skulle tvätta mer en en gång. Ingen schampo heller. Vi fick köpa sockret. Små grejer som kan förbättra vistelsen när man inte kan ta så mycket i resväskan. Cristina var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig.

Contrairement à ce qui a été décrit ça a été compliqué pour nous d''interagir avec la personne sur place . Les modalités de check in ont changé en cours de réservation. Il voulait la caution en cash et finalement ça a été un système de check in numérique qui n'a pas fonctionné du premier coup. Impossible d'avoir les gens au téléphone qu'un WhatsApp avec des réponses en francais IA complètement à côté alors qu'on parle anglais et espagnol... Conclusion on a eu 400 euros de bloquer alors que soit disant le premier essai avait été annulé, sois ils sont malhonnête soit ils ne maîtrisent pas l'outils. Ça s'est arrangé et on a retrouvé notre caution mais La personne n'a trouvé aucune solution et nous demandait de voir avec notre banque pendant le séjour. En plus des modalités de check in il y a eu plusieurs incohérences d'instruction pour l'entrée dans l'appartement ...(Code accès erronée)
